Mark Anthony Imports was looking for a cool, contemporary design for their office space. Beautiful lighting options with black accents completed the desired look. What an awesome environment to work in. Managing our very linear product into an older building is always a challenge but the BRC Stylwall system offers the adjustment and flexibility to manage these otherwise difficult spaces.
In partnership with iN STUDIO (Toronto), this project was installed into the Toronto offices of one of the world’s leading beauty companies – Coty Inc., a North American beauty products manufacturer based in New York founded in Paris, France. BRC Stylwall featured a unique floral pattern applied to the glass which provided a great aesthetic and added further privacy.
Canbriam Energy Inc. is a private exploration company focused on finding and developing over-pressured, liquids rich natural gas resources in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The new offices of Canbriam Energy occupy two entire floors of the new Calgary City Centre Building, with spectacular views of the city. The work environment is defined by the elegant and contemporary design and transparencies of the partition elements, enhanced by carefully selected materials. Natural light penetrates through the glass partitions of the private offices.
BRC Stylwall used Dwel and Tecna partition wall systems for this project of 4,000 linear feet of demising walls.
Notre Dame High School
This new style library or “Learning Commons” was created but Saccoccio Weppler Architects as an open concept, cool way for a student of this high school to become inspired. BRC Stylwall worked to provide custom furniture options and created a very large panel wall to overlay the standard block wall offering options of bright coloured panels to house overhead projectors, cantilevered furniture to mount computers and many power options for today’s active school environment.
University of Toronto (Dean’s Office)
Base of design from and earlier built project in 2015, BRC Stylwall partnered with SuperKul architects to provide the Dean’s office this beautiful space. With privacy the main factor to be considered, BRC Stylwall used acoustic glass which performed to STC38 standards and manufactured custom doors to complete the look.
SNC – curved wall
SNC was looking to modernize this older facility and bring it up to today’s standards offering a clean and contemporary look which allows for plenty of natural light. The challenge was handling today’s security options with swipe cards and magnetic locking options as well as the unevenness of the floors in the older building. With almost 2 inches of adjustment the BRC Stylwall system handled the flooring difficulty with ease.
SNC-Lavalin is one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world and a major player in the ownership of infrastructure.
