What Jovanka Enjoys Most About Her Role
For Jovanka, every day is an opportunity to transform complex client needs into tangible manufacturing solutions.
“I enjoy turning complex client needs into tangible manufacturing designs. Having extensive experience in the office furniture industry, together with store fixture and custom millwork industries, helps me align our sales promises with realistic production capabilities for the best customer outcome.”
Jovanka also values the collaboration that drives BRC forward.
“I enjoy working closely with both the Sales Team and manufacturing group and seeing how our collaboration across departments delivers excellent products and makes happy clients that come back for future projects.”

If Jovanka could have any superpower, it would be super speed.
“I have a passion for efficiency, so I would use it to manage time perfectly, streamline processes, and ensure we hit our targets ahead of schedule.”
Outside the Office
When she’s not developing thoughtful manufacturing solutions, you’ll find Jovanka outdoors — cycling, kayaking, taking long walks, and exploring nature. She also enjoys strength training, which supports her active lifestyle.
And when it’s time to enjoy a meal? Jovanka loves exploring local restaurants and experiencing a variety of cuisines.
Celebrating 6.5 Years at BRC
With six and a half years at BRC, Jovanka has contributed to projects that have grown from early concepts into large-scale successes. From Mintz to AstraZeneca, Pfizer, DWT, and many more, she has helped bring ambitious ideas to life.
