This quarter, we’re proud to introduce Heather Prescott, Team Lead, Administrative Services.

What Heather Enjoys Most About Her Role

For Heather, the most rewarding part of her role is supporting customers and ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish.

“What I enjoy most about my role at BRC is helping customers meet their deadlines and ensuring they have a positive experience when purchasing from us. Being able to support customers and provide reliable service is very rewarding to me.”

Heather’s focus on reliability and her ability to build trust with customers make her an essential part of the BRC Team.

A Superpower of Choice

If Heather could have any superpower, it would be the ability to teleport or fly.

“My superpower would be either to teleport or fly so I never have to deal with traffic and can go anywhere I want in the world!”

Outside the Office

When she’s not supporting customers, Heather enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching reality TV and movies, and making the most of the summer months at the beach.

She also stays active by playing in two softball leagues and enjoys backyard games on weekends.

And when it comes to food? Heather’s top choice is a classic: Philly cheesesteak.

Celebrating 2 Years at BRC

This March marks two years with BRC for Heather, during which she has built strong relationships and become a trusted point of contact for customers.

Her biggest success comes from the connections she has developed along the way.

“My biggest success with BRC has been building strong customer relationships and earning their trust. I’m proud that customers see me as reliable and feel confident reaching out to me, knowing I will understand their needs and follow through on my commitments.”
