Two new additions to our BRC Team!

We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome aboard two amazing individuals who will be joining our team as Regional Sales Directors! Their passion for driving growth and their knack for building strong relationships are truly infectious. With their expertise and energy on board, we’re gearing up for an exciting phase of expansion and innovation at our company.

Roger Moses, Northeast Regional Sales Director

Roger has over 30 years of successful leadership experience in the contract furniture industry. During his career, he has held leadership roles in the sales, marketing and strategic planning disciplines throughout North America for Herman Miller, HNI Corp and Global Furniture Group. During his 16 years at Herman Miller his region became the largest in the country 8 times, growing annual sales to over $132 million. He was awarded the prestigious glass cube for outstanding sales leadership nine times. While at Global he successfully led his teams through the Covid pandemic. In 2022 his area was 111% to goal, a 29% year-over-year increase, with a company high of $105 million in sales.

With a strong focus on servant-based leadership, Roger is known for building, developing and retaining a high performing sales team. Additionally, he has established mutually beneficial long-term business relationships with some of the largest contract furniture dealerships in America.

Roger has a B. S. Degree in marketing from Alfred University, Alfred, NY. Executive education includes work at The Kellogg School-Northwestern University, Babson College and several others.

Roger has a son Max in college. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid sports fan.


Chris Tattersall, Southeast Regional Sales Director

Chris is an experienced sales expert with more than three decades in the industry. Known for his talent in quickly revamping operational strategies to drive increased revenue, he possesses the necessary skills to establish and sustain successful business models. Chris is highly motivated and dedicated to fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within sales teams. He excels in utilizing analytical abilities to enhance business operations in challenging scenarios.

In 2019, Chris had the opportunity to work at BRC, and successfully led a team of skilled professionals across eight states in the Southeast region. During his tenure, Chris strategically expanded our independent representation from one group to three groups, while also recruiting and adding eight new representatives within a short timeframe. Drawing upon his extensive professional experience, he was able to significantly enhance performance and effectively double the revenue from $600K to $1.2 million in less than eight months.

His significant contributions are evident in the measurable increase in company profits, a clear testament to his effectiveness.
